Delivery Timing and Charges
For all orders within India, we offer free shipping.
Ready to ship orders take up to 24-hours to process.Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you’ve purchased multiple products in an order, we provide you with the option to split your shipment into multiple shipments. You’ll find this option at the time of checkout, while choosing your delivery option.
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our Quality Control team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please Contact Us immediately.
How do I track my order ?
Orders are shipped as per the delivery date given in the item page. Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 2-4 working days to deliver.
We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
You can also follow the progress in your Ensemble account under My Orders.
Can I pick-up my order from the store ?
You can collect your order from a convenient Ensemble store located near you; simply select ‘pick up from store’ at the time of checkout to view your options.
We will confirm when your package is ready for collection.
Can I cancel my order ?
As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch/production, we allow cancellations only within 24 hours of placing the order. Click on the ‘Cancel’ button displayed under ‘My Order’ Tab on the website, after you login. Our Customer Care executive will get in touch with you to understand the reason for cancellation and will also confirm the cancellation for you. For cancellations done within 24 hours, we offer a coupon code of the same amount which can be used for your next purchase. Alternatively, you can also request for a full refund.
Please note that the ‘Cancel’ button will be de-activated after 24 hours of order placement.
Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an existing order but you are welcome to place a new order for any additional pieces.
Delivery Timing and Charges
For International deliveries, the shipping cost is calculated at the time of placing the order depending on the value, weight and volume of the products purchased.
We will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order at the time of placing the order, which will also be noted on your order confirmation email. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or on nationally observed holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note : the shipping charge DOES NOT include import duty(s). Please read our tax related T&Cs. Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our quality control team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please Contact Us immediately.
How do I track my order ?

  • If the country of shipment is within India, all prices shown are inclusive of taxes.
  • Overseas orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
  • Please note : Ensemble is unable to advise the duty amount as it varies from country to country. The order amount at the checkout excludes duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier and must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel.
  • We accept returns against store credit only. The store credit must be redeemed within 6 months of credit being issued.
  • Returns are accepted for ready-to-ship products and accessories only. Any customized or made-on-order product is non-returnable or exchangeable. To check whether the product is ready-to-ship or made-on-order, please check the disclaimer listed in each product description page.
  • You have 48 hours from the receipt of order to request your returns. To request return, please write to us at care@ensembleindia.com or call at +919372742843.
  • All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.
  • The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all Ensemble and designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Once we receive the return in our warehouse, the product will go through a stringent quality check process before we update and approve the store credit.
  • Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included in your return.
  • Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging.
  • Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • If your item received is faulty (i.e. received damaged or has a manufacturing fault), we’ll offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team.
  • If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded against store credit (credit code) which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly.
  • The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all Ensemble and designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Once we receive the return in our warehouse, the product will go through a stringent quality check process before we update and approve the store credit.
  • Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms are non exchangeable for hygiene purpose.
  • Ensemble offers a range of repair services on clothing and accessories if the product is repairable.
    Contact Us or visit one of our local stores where your item(s) will be examined and you will be advised on the options available to you. Not all repairs are possible however but we will endeavour to fulfil your request.
    Please note : Some repairs may be chargeable.
  • A complimentary alteration service is available on full priced garments only, within three months of purchase. This complimentary service is only available for basic alterations. Other alterations are available upon reviewing the item but may incur a charge.
    All alterations will be chargeable for sale items and garments after 3 months of purchase.
    To place an alteration request, please Contact Us via email/phone or visit one of our Ensemble stores.
Prepaid Order
We accept payments via debit/credit cards and net banking (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Maestro credit) through a secure online server.
Partial Payment ( Cash on Delivery + Online)
For part payment option (20% card and 80% cash on delivery), orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Cancellations will be accepted only within 24 hours after placing an order. This is applicable on orders in India up to Rs. 20,000/- only.
We keep your personal data private and confidential and only give it out with your consent or if legally required to.

  • An E-Gift Card with a unique code is e-mailed to the recipient once the full order has been processed and payment received. A copy will also be sent to the sender as confirmation.
  • It is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • It can be redeemed against all products on our website AND any of the Ensemble physical stores.
  • Once the E-Gift Card is issued, a unique code is generated that will be shared by the recipient via email. This unique code is required at the time of purchasing at our stores or online. It is non-transferable, can only be used on the Ensemble website or stores and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
  • If your order total is less than the value of the E-Gift Card, the remaining balance will be updated in that E-Gift Card code which can be redeemed against subsequent orders. You may Contact Us to check the validity and balance of your E-Gift Card.
  • If your order exceeds the value of the E-Gift Card this will automatically be redeemed to cover the remaining balance. All remaining balances exceeding the value of your gift voucher must be paid by credit/debit card/netbanking or Paypal.
  • Ensemble is not liable for delivery of an E-Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Ensemble is not responsible if an E-Gift Card is used without permission.
  • Ensemble reserves the right to cancel an E-Gift Card if we deem such action necessary.
  • Subject to Mumbai/Delhi jurisdiction only.
  • No shipping charge is applicable on a single purchase of E-Gift Card.
  • E-Gift Cards can be emailed within 24 hours, or can be scheduled to be emailed on a special day.
  • An E-Gift card once issued, cannot be cancelled or returned.
